Restart the app, check current update information and clear only appropriate temporary cache data. Do not delete app data unless you understand whether unsynchronised information may be lost.

Recover access privately

Use a verified in-app or provider password-reset route. This website does not collect credentials and cannot retrieve an account held by an external service.

Never share secret codes

Do not send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs or payment PINs to a person claiming to offer support. Confirm the support channel before sharing even non-sensitive diagnostic details.
